Deportation Explained

Deportation Office, Version 1.0 - November 29, 2014

From now on, all nations can deport Inactive citizens. Deported citizens end up as Pirates.
Only nation officials (Council members) may intiate a citizen deportation. All nation citizens then may vote on the proposed deporation, similarly to any law voting.

To do so, simply click on Nation screen, navigate to Parliament and then on Deportation Office. Through there, you can check the various citizens of your country to see whether or not they are eligible for deportation.

We choose to keep the deportation requirements formula hidden. However here are the elements that affect it:
a)Inactivity period (the longer it is, the more probable to deport someone)
b)Fame (The more fame, the harder to deport someone)
c)Power Title within the nation (Obviously, it is harder to deport an inactive king than an inactive citizen).

Eventually, they all come down to time. So, a long inactive king, is still possible to be deported. Also, even a citizen, will need at least 30 days of inactivity before anyone will be able to kick him out. Obviously, a king will need more than that.

We have added a fun element to this feature as well. Instead of producing a simple fail message when you lookup someone to deport, instead, you will get up to 16 different messages that will inform you of how close the conditions are to deport someone.

11 of these messages, include real player names which means that 11 players have already made it in the living Avonmora History Book. Feel free to post here all the eleven messages that include the players.

Do note that the criteria we have chosen these names are mainly based on their time here, their game fame and their forum activity. Obviously, many could be worthy to fit in but only a few made it. Better luck next time I suppose. It is nothing to take personal, just a fun feature.

If an inactive player returns from inactivity while the voting is in progress, then he cannot reverse the decision. He may however vote and also try to affect the voting by approaching other players to against the notion.

To keep it fair, the game will always try to notify the victim by email or FB notification whenever such an action takes place so consider keeping these options on in your settings if you intend to go inactive for a long time.

At the worse case scenario, the returning player can still reclaim his citizenship through the Governor/country missions.

Ten of the 11 messages:

"Are you even serious? How could you even think about it? Even Captain Dungeness would shiver before this thought."

"No way! Not even SGT Blue would dare to deport this one!"

"Hey, why don't you attack Xepshunall? Your chances of success might be better. It is THAT hard to get this fellow deported."

"Not even Skyhawk can deport this fellow."

"Be wise like Black Sparrow and quit this kind of thoughts."

"I think Rolando de Sandoval just stole your Man o' War!! No?? Yaak... I just wanted to tell you something more realistic than getting this fellow deported."

"Be like Sir Henry Morgan and find something more serious to do."

"I hear Sir Edward Collier is planning Avonmora Domination! What? Who cares about this fellow you want deported? It ain't gonna happen!"

"Even General Grasshoper would not persist in deporting this fellow."

"Well, I must say that even Shaydo would agree that the chances are with you on this one. You will just need some time to wait."

Others:

"Only a few more patience is needed! Come again real soon and we will get him out!"

"Yeah, indeed. It is doable, just not now. Wait a bit and come back again."

"It is more than doable. I would say about 2 weeks at MOST, maybe less."
