Tax Rate Reset

Some nations (i.e. New Zealand) have no active players but the tax rate is set at such a high level that no player will ever be able to fly their flag. Perhaps a regular reset of the tax rates to default should be considered. Call it a "World War"if the event must have a name.

Create a rare card that will reset the tax rate of any nation.

We intend to fix it to automatically reset after some time with no council members present. Till then, simply message us (preferrably by using Contact Us link at the footer of the game) to do it manually. Only do so when a country has been with no council for at least 2 weeks and some bizzare tax is in effect (like the one in New Zealand right now). DO not message us if there is a council member present, even if that council member seems inactive.
