Okay I see your confusion. Those were for international visitors. Most countries had that policy of if you were arriving from another country to quarantine for a short while or take a Covid test and then you would be let in. I have friends or family who live in Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory and Victoria. So most of the states and territories and we have never gone to any concentration camps or any such camps.
Contact tracers didn't "track" people. They figured out who you might have come in contact with while you were infectious and then just gave them a phone call to make them aware that they had been in contact with someone infectious and if they had any Covid like symptoms to consider doing a Rapid Antigen test and if it was positive to isolate yourself for a certain period of time. Initially that was 2 weeks but then I after 2020 I think partway through 2021 they changed it to one week.
Indigenous Australians were not put into any concentration camps during Covid. They either live in the big cities and self-isolate at home same as anyone else or there are remote Aboriginal communities where some of them live, that are usually aboriginals only unless you are invited there by the elders and those communities are on land ceded back to aboriginal communities. I highly doubt there were many cases in those remote communities.

Well I am not sure why anyone would put any stock in a dictionary to be absolute authority. Linguists are often inaccurate. Great bullshit artists though. The only think you can depend on to be absolute truth is math.

Foreign visitors, repatriated citizens, backpackers (people doing stuff like fruitpicking not international students) are all international travellers which is what I said. 90% of the population vaccinated is the ideal vaccination rate to stop infectious diseases. I learnt this in mid high school as one of the subtopics which was immunology so hardly breaking news there.
You claimed that ordinary Australians were being sent to "concentration camps" which is false. You claimed that Australians such as myself who got Covid would be sent to those quarantine facilities against our will. Again this is false. When my sister got Covid she isolated herself at home. Same with me and the rest of my family. Same with my school friends and their families and friends. Our own olympics team stayed in those facilities for a week or two to quarantine and then left. Most of the accommodations were like little portable homes and far better than isolating in a small poorly ventilated hotel room and you could walk around outside instead of walking up and down corridors.

These so called concentration camps are literally essentially hospitals but better rooms (essentially like a mini home or hotel room) so you are more comfortable.

if you are going by the letter of the law it begins with the meanings of words it will be interesting to see if 50 years from now if the new definitions reach Black’s Law Dictionary which currently defines woman as “an adult female human being.
