leo has no skills and calls fair wages for chit work slave labor lol its this present generation of young adults that are so entitled :D :D :D

the companies who take all the risk to start and run a company should make all the workers partners and give them health care and and and and the demands keep going but they have no valuable skills and still think they deserve all that and more :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

lol shame he still hasn't grown out of his socialist way of thinking. Least, it doesn't seem like he has. Well hopefully he gets there in time.

I won't deny capitalism has it's problems, but no system is going to be perfect. If there was some great system that could be made where everyone prospers, with no corruption and everyone is equal and healthy and happy, it probably would have been made by now or require some god like technology like in star trek, or someone much smarter than any of us to figure it out lol.

The fact that asking to hold CEOs accountable to treat their workers fairly gets me called a socialist is quite concerning...

So are you gonna answer my question? Would you prefer we keep using labor in sweatshops and foreign countries that still use actual slave labor, or would you prefer we move manufacturing over to the US? Are you no longer a socialist? Pretty sure I remember you were big on it a while back.

Also, how do you interpret to treat workers fairly? For everyone from the janitor to the accountant be paid the same as the CEO? You get a job, and you choose to work it. If you want more money, or better benefits, you either gotta find a better job, or negotiate with your boss. Your boss isn't obligated to give you anything other than what you both agree on.

Sorry I really don't mean to engage in further political discussion and I've already gone further than I meant to but I'll say this. My political stances are certainly much different than they were 5 years ago as I got to experience the pandemic with 2 divorced parents on wildly different sides of the political spectrum. But I think it is becoming apparent to many many people that the enemy of the American people and possibly the world isn't the dems or the Republicans, the liberals or the conservatives, the left or the right, the libertarians or the authoritarians. It's the greedy whose power goes unchecked and live above the law to exploit everyone else for their own profit. That is our enemy, and I hope that the left and the right in the US can get over the polarization and become stronger together, as humans

okay, so I'm guessing you won't be answering my question about whether you would prefer we use labor in sweatshops, or labor here in America.

Also no, I'd say the biggest enemy is corruption in politics. When you have people who go into political office with a salary of 100-300K give or take, and wind up mutlimillionaires in a few years, that's all you need to know that something is shady.

A billionaire ceo in a company doesn't make or write the laws. But a corrupt politician who can be bribed by him does. Get rid of corruption ins politics, and you solve the majority of problems. But that's not exactly an easy thing to do.

And there is most certainly a left vs right issue due to core values being at the forefront of each political party

list trumps top 10 issues he ran on
then list the lefts top 10
they literally cannot mesh or unite to work together with such unalike and opposing views... ever

if you took my kid because I refused to pump them with your gender garbage drugs there would be violence

It's that simple.. if you wanted to see the positive in the changes than you would, but instead you're focused on what the news tells you instead of thinking for yourself.. sometimes you just have to actually do a little bit of work and some research to figure out the actual truth

What positive in the changes? Your saying a whole lot of vague things about "positives" but nothing concrete. Show us some proof to back up your claims.

The proof is already showing in a lot of areas. But one is you will start to see factories being built here which is the goal...... You do the research I did mine

Is the stock market doing well? No, nobody likes tariffs, it sucks but it needs to be done

It really does not. Targeted tariffs maybe help you but as I said tariffs on aluminum which you need for your cars and steel which you need for military equipment, submarines, ships and construction which you import huge amounts of is not good for you. That raises the cost of materials for American industries which will make businesses and factories go under. If the cost of having a profitable factory rises you will not see "factories being built here which is the goal". You cannot set up more factories if the cost of even building them, let alone the raw materials will increase.

Again, as well I point out you are being ignorant. He is tariffing food as well. Does making food more expensive help the average American? I don't think so. Does that decrease cost of living? I don't think so.

Trump's base intentions might be good but he is going about everything wrong. Instead of a well thought out and targeted tariff plan as well as his plans to increase government efficiency he is recklessly blanket firing government employees and blanket tariffing everyone including his allies.

I don't see this supposed research. I see bullshit you are unwilling to explain. Heck Dman explained his viewpoint on gas an oil. Why can't you do the same? It's not that hard.
