Not really. The more low ID ships people stow away in their Marinas in fear of me shipwrighting them, the better chance that the valuable ships worth stealing will be out on the seas.

I don't burn sloops exclusively. They just happen to be the most common low ID ship. Find me other low ID ships that aren't Sloops and I'll burn them instead. Until then, I'll burn the ships that I come across.
