Regardless, I think I speak for many other players when I say we are tired of the idle back and forth bickering between the two of you. It adds no value to the discussion at all, although this is a random flame thread in UoH.

Agreed. I got literally overloaded with mail complaining about the behaviour in the forums. In the hope of upping contributions, I spent a good deal of time (OVER A FEW WEEKS) talking to players and finding out what was stopping them from contributing and what the problem is and how they feel about it and what would they like to see happen. All suggestions were welcome.

My conclusion is that ppl do actually love the biffo and insults. The 'views' stats prove it time and again.

So many times I hear how toxic the forums are - yet as Mack says.. players keep logging in and visiting - logging on looking for flames-

Players love the fury. LUUURRRVE IT I tells ya ... only thing is, not many are willing to say so... "ooh the forums are soo toxic" - is the preferred and perceived as acceptable response..lol - only it is BS!!

This is true. When the gameplay got stale, when CJ talked about pirate-reviving updates, or when Grimrock Litless discovered how to (somewhat) defend his fleets, the UoH flame-banter kept me coming back

Views don’t promote shit. The views only counted by the amount of clicks that link gets. So you can click the link 9000 times and it’ll be at 9000 views but it’s really just one person clicking it 9000 times

The point is,many have told me that they do log in to see whats happening in the forums.. They are just glad it isnt them -
