If your expecting me to just give into demands and half-baked ideas all in the name of increasing forum activity and community cooperation, you thought wrong. As I wouldn't be doing the task asked of me if I was not overly critical of everything that passed through development. Come up with something better and more thought out than your Point 5.

And this is why I think you make a good game development co-ordinator but a lousy forum mod.
Get out while you retain your dignity. Someone with less bias will fill the position.

No, I do not want the job as it would cause too much turmoil with other players who would seek to disrupt the whole applecart however, I am confidant the position will be taken over by someone more qualified.

you are right dez mel argo and whoever else is mods are slacking or at least by your standards your off topic post giving points for a nonexistent game was not only off topic but one of the weakest attempt at trolling I've seen in some time

I notice your buddies didn't click report and the mods didn't remove it
have some backbone go raise cane until they do
tell them to quit coddling you and enforce the rules
you wont ... for the same type of selfish reasons I wont report it
you want it to stay as do your friends because you think it packed a punch
I want it to stay because it shows your lack of self control and the intelligence to do better ... i enjoy chuckling at it
the mods imo felt if they removed it it would hurt your feelings and get you and pals screaming its racist or at the very least discrimination

folks might take your opinions more seriously about other mods moderation ethics if you led by example instead of reporting by feelings
but that's not really my concern because I don't need moderators to have a smile on my face ;)

Please Dman
The adults are discussing solutions to problems perceived to be actual problems in the forum activity.
I understand it may cramp your style if you lost your deflection shield but you are not the only consideration here.

deflection as defined by not reporting your own off topic post
or your lack of intelligence and example setting to take you seriously?
do try to be concise

I'm ok with waiting, with your solution. Let me go ahead an approve this suggestion. I'll let you know when it will be implemented.

Will take just about as long as waiting for a fair and impartial moderator team to be put in place.

I'm truly curious who your choice selections of an impartial moderator team would be.

^what pro said^Edit: oops he disappeared

Edit two: oops topic was split

Just hope CJ returns eventually. It’s been too long without him. We have development to do and wait him before the game furthers itself.

Maybe we should all step back and take a moment to cool down. Sounds like we are all in a tight topic.

2) Moderator Action-
Mods need to strictly enforce the rules in all non-Union of Honor topics. No insults or flaming outside of UoH. Netiquette is a must. The use of warnings both official and unofficial is an absolute necessity and will make a difference.

Okay, so after waking up from me nap, seems a whole bunch of stuff came up, so gonna take this time to both talk about some things and what's gonna be done. so I moved and split off the off topic posts and moved them here- if you want to argue and insult, please do so in UoH. I'll give a verbal warning this time to all involved.

Next, a quick word to the mods, please, do not handle your own reports, let another mod do that for you. This is a very important rule for mods to follow, and failure to do so can and will result in losing mod status. Verbal warning on this point too.

Third, mods, do not change or alter another mods decisions, if you feel they did something wrong, talk to them and me about it, and try to solve things by talking it out, rather then changing their decisions.
