				Kind of hard to be guilty of 2nd degree without the others.
But i suppose it does offer precident for future cases of negligence and create barrier for appeal.

				well hopefully this means no one will go out and riot now. Regardless, hope folks on both sides accept the judgement and don't do anything stupid.

Wouldn't surprise me. I do hope that no more riots happen, but I won't hold my breath.
