MIAB Discovers the Sloop Master is Really Snake Oil Salesman!

Today Avonmora is reeling at the news and stunned to discover their beloved sloop master is in fact nothing but an underhanded snake oil salesman who prefers to show off and brag rather than do business.
The man we all respected and admired has committed a shocking act.

CASE IN POINT: The Sloop Master showed a certain shipbroker a very pretty 60pointer - exactly what brokers' buyer was seeking. He offered a price.
The broker returned with an even higher offer...lots higher...and then the Sloop Master tossed back his long ginger mane and laughed that it wasn't for sale after all.
The broker stood like this :o: for some moments before contacting MIAB.

MIAB is putting this out there to the public...
We seek public opinion as to whether this should indeed be followed up with a law suit claiming shonky biznz practices and shenanigans....
Is this acceptable bahaviour?
Should there be punishment?
If so, what would that be?
Avonmora, it is up to you decide the fate of your Sloop Master Vote...yes to sue.

Then you are run by your crew, good Sir...It would seem you are not in charge
All the more reason to sue

I am definitely not run by my crew, but no reason to invite the mutiny - Neither did I technically make an offer, and simply stated what I paid for said ship in the first case.

I have supported paperwork that says otherwise!!

Save it for your trial. That's no good now.
Its disclosed and contaminated evidence.
I would strongly advise you appoint your lawyer - it looks as if this will def go to trial.

Was there an accord set in place? Were there credits transferred? It sounds to me like a case of sellers remorse. Is it bad business, one could make that argument... but criminal? May not be able to prove that in the pirates court.

:P :P :P
