Just tried that out. He's right. Only other person I know who is bounty proof is yourself-so either he has a bone to pick with admin, or himself. Unless there be a third one. Maybe jessicaA.

probably got annoyed by random folks picking fights trying to get a bounty that isn't possible. And now for the sake of science I am going to test my theory on JessicaA.
