Slack is hard on the eyes...... not sure if it is the color scheme or the layout, but I can't sit on it for more than 5 minutes.

Discord is great because you can also voice chat!

Our Discord forum is not meant to be any kind of new PG forum, Dej. Some of the Kiribati and MA players have used it for some time as it runs smoother on our mobile devices. It has other bonuses as well as mentioned, in my humble opinion. We offer the invite simply because we wanted to make it known we had a server and see who, if any, used Discord as well and wanted to join us there and make things more interesting. We shall see what comes of it!
