An Open Invitation

We're here to mark that day in history when a guild joined in battle to reclaim brainlessly earned gold. For countless long years, much of the player base of this guild had been under a phoenix-shaped shadow. Pirates had fallen, trade routes had been diminished, some cried out for liberation. Avonmora was enslaved, and the world prayed for its rescue. Here in Luxembourg the rescue shall begin. Here some lonesome pirates stand and fight against tyranny in a giant undertaking unparalleled in Avonmoran history.

We stand on a lonely, albeit cozy tavern in Tzogos. The air is soft, but just days ago at this moment, the air was dense with smoke and gunpowder, and the air was filled with the crackle of fire and the roar of cannon. At dawn, on the morning of the Avonmoran day 2008, many ships clashed off the coast and sunk to the bottom of these cliffs. Their mission was one of the most difficult and daring of the invasion: to prove to those standing on these sheer and desolate cliffs a force that would remain was present. These pirates had been told that some of the mightiest junkie merchant would retaliate should this "milking" be kept up and wavered not.

The pirates looked across the vast sea and saw the enemy fleet -- the wake of the coast shooting right at them with cannon balls and angrily messaging the opposing commanders. And yet, the pirates remained. They returned with round shots over the hull of these ships and began to pull some gold in. When one ship fell, another would take its place. When one crew member was cut, another would begin the fight again. They fought, shot back, and held their ship's ground. Soon, one by one, the pirates pulled themselves over the top, and in seizing the gold in the base of these ships, they began to seize back the seas. Two people came here. After 1 day of fighting, only one could still bear arms.

These pirates being the toilet-paper suppliers you all know and presumably have mixed feelings about. The guild in question is SSAA: a group of mostly lazy, complacent merchants who are angered when their day-to-day runs are interrupted by something interesting occurring. Captain Slimeymom, a journeyman in this guild, has specifically stolen the spotlight, threatening a guild war of 45 to 3, 1 of which being inactive and just a few days experienced. We at ATPCo. are just a group of ragtag pirates who live day to day fending off scurvy and this group would like to attack us.

This is an open invitation to anyone who would like to attack us, stop whining over private messages and if you feel like your guild of 45 deserves to be protected and never raided, come at us. We will take your hits and wait for them to subside and continue to attack when we deem necessary. On the other hand, if you want to understand that this is a sort of "water-way tax" like Getsum has described it and you just have a greater chance of being hit because SSAA has the highest membership with the highest amount of ships through the guild. :beer

Oh. An invitation bro attack a training guild. How mature. Guess your balls are too small to actually go after a strong well established guild

There is no true "training guild" in Avonmora. If there was a good that pushed folks out after 90 day or so and was constantly turning over new players, that would be a training guild and would be more apt to be left alone. There will be no hiding under the guise of a training guild.

It seems to me you missed the entire point of his message. Your guild members have said that all of your guild, which contains strong, well established players, would raise arms against a Toilet Paper Company for one simple raid. He is inviting the grunts to actually put their words into actions. No doubt they will look to their leader for a message before this happens, and it is up to you to decide if one raid is enough to spark whatever this mess is.

The truth of these words is beyond doubt, but the mission to which they call us is a most difficult one. Even when lifted up by the great Phoenix and his influence/wealth, men do not easily assume the task of allowing a few measly raids, especially in times of peace. Nor does our pirate spirit move without great difficulty against all the constant whining and complaining of this guild. In fact the difficulty is so great that we will not budge... Moreover, when the issues at hand seem as small as they really are, but one side sees them as a huge splinter that must be removed, as they often do in the case of this dreadful conflict, we are always on the verge of being marked down as the villains in these endeavors; but we must move on.

An open invitation to any of the 45 that seem to think they have a say in anything that goes on in these seas; go ahead. I think you will find one group has more to lose than the other. Try your hardest to change the way of the current, but you may just seem to get pulled away by the riptide. One raid is not enough to spark what has gone on in messages, but here we are. Go ahead and do your worst, and see if we are bothered in the slightest. I can go to sleep, wake up, and see my few valuable ships have been taken. Maybe I am voodoo'ed out of doing anything? I'll just go ahead and go on with my day, building from the ground up all over again is not hard if you have not risen very high. I must say I am deeply disappointed that something so small has caused such an uproar, and that a guild of 45 strong, experienced captains may be tempted to raise their swords against a Toilet Paper Company... but so be it. Smooth sailing to all, and we will see what the seas must say.

The entire message was an invitation for SSAA's protectors/whiners to put cannon fodder where there mouth is. I've been getting messaged by a few merchants threatening war against ATPCo. just because we raided them. Complacency breeds mediocrity and that is exactly what we are witnessing now, folks.

You do realize that you being a toilet-paper company means that all you do is catch shit all day.
