Calling all Guildmasters and Kings

I would like to see all guildmasters remove all inactives from their guilds. We got a lot of new players floating around let's get some of these inactives into the wind. Also kings need to deport these players so there is no risk of a new player losing citizenship as a result of these ship raids.

We make a regular habit of booting inactives from our guild, with the exception of one that we keep in the guild for personal reasons.

As for the nation of Kiribati, we will do the same when the circumstance arises as we do not look favorably on having dead weight in the nation ranks, but as it stands we currently have no inactive nation members.

I cast A LOT of spy networks and I gotta say I think this is a bit of a stretch. What's a regular basis to you? If they are inactive for 30 days they should be gone. This functions in two ways. Shows true activity because we can see how many people are on rosters. Keeps us ship harvesters away from active players in we have enough things to vulture on.

The Ravenlocke Brethren and Tokeleau also clear inactives regularly.

We have 3 people who have been away 30days plus. We keep them so that newbies can practice casting . When they run low, we kick them out and defleet them

I'm getting hungry and rather than go after actives I want to poach these but when they are in a guild then tend to get cleared and geno'd. So this is problematic.

Yeah we in SSAA like to wait for the inactives gold to drop, then light them up so our newbies can get some free captains and ships. We keep them in the guild so that others who would like to poach them-such as yourself will not bother going for them thinking they are protected, Then the day of the raid we drop them and try to help our newer players get some free captains and ships to help boost them forward.
