Trump has officially announced the US will be leaving the Paris Climate Accord.

While people have been crying out at Hillary for being a "corporate" democrat. Clearly Trump is a "corporate" republican, but with 0 shits about the future.

He announced that awhile ago but will probably quickly go back on that action.

A week or so ago isn't really that "long" ago. But I do agree I was a bit late on getting this.

I'm sure I also read that its upto the individual states to decide what they do about climate change... trump just hasn't agreed to the strict rules and fines imposed by the eu.

Nobody who has signed the Paris Accord has agreed to any strict rules or fines being imposed by the EU : it's got nothing to do with the EU.

He said he would do this during his campaign before he was even elected. This is what I believe BMW is referring too.

Oh because you know. Clearly saving the environment is such a burden. Why don't we also stop trying to achieve all our goals since they are a burden?
