====================
We, the Rebel Navy (PK), request the unconditional surrender of you and your entire guild. These are the terms:
Act One
Admitting of you defeat
You must admit in the forums that you have lost the war between our two guilds and that you and your guild were no match for us. That you were wrong in your judgments of our guild and our officers. You must say that you surrender unconditional. If you fail to do so them our war will continue until the total fame of your guild is less that 10k and your fleets annihilated. This term is required.
Act Two
Spoils of War
In your defeat, you must pay out 500,000gold to specific members of our guild. Or, give our guild master Hellfire a Large Frigate named Spoils of War. Any member of your guild can do this as long as it is given. Also, a daily present must be sent to a select member of our guild, (We will tell you who this is. This person will rotate.) Any person of your guild may send these daily presents. This term is required. The punishment, continuation of the war.
Act Three
Close Watch
You and selected members of your guild (selected by us) are to be watched at all times. This will be done through voodoo such as Trade Master, Spy Network, Crystal Ball, and Enlightened Vision. If the casting of these curses is denied then a regular report must be given. If the report is not given we will first, try to get the report or find out why the report was not given. If it is necessary, war will continue or restart. Also, we are allowed to put a spy in your guild to watch your guild's activities. If a member of our guild applies for yours under the application of Inspector that application must be accepted. If denied the war shall restart. Along with this your guild therefor promises to never plant a spy in our guild. This term is required.
Act Four
Infinite NAP
Your guild must swear never to attack The Rebel Navy (PK) or any of it's allies more than the Rules of Engagement of that guild. If done, this is an immediate act of war. In the same case, We the Rebel Navy may not attack your guild as if we have a NAP. We can chose to destroy this Nap at any time. If done so then you will have a weeks notice (7days). You may not chose to destroy the Nap though. There will be no tolerance for attacks on our allies by officers of your guild. (Over one promotion). If a higher officer of your guild attacks us then we shall consider it as a breaking of the Nap and deceleration of war. This term is required.
Act Five
All Information Disclosed
All information concerning conversations, mail or anything of the sort must be deleted unless approved by the subject ok to be shared. These terms and conditions are allowed to be shared.
Final Act
Unconditional
Your defeat was unconditional. We have won because of our superiority in leadership and tactics. You must admit that this defeat of yours was indeed unconditional and that we are more than a match for you and your guild. This term is required. If anything other is said, unless clearly complimenting, war will resume and our full might will be shown.

If all required terms are not met there will be no mercy, and no peace. You have not rid us from the world, and we will never be rid, we will always stand by our values and our members. We will always fight for what is right. Don't forget it.

Dare I say that this is supposed to be a game, y'know, element of light-hearted fun and stuff? :) :) :)

These terms aren't enforceable within the game mechanisms, and as for Unconditional Surrender... anyone following the match knows it is 2-0 to the Pirates (here begins the post-match argument nooo 3-0 nooo 2-1 &c), isn't that all?

I offer to help negotiate an in-game settlement if such is needed or wanted by either side.

Game rules. Spoil of war my A**.

5. You must not MILK
Milking is a form of cheating. You are not allowed to take advantage of other players based on an arrangement. Both accounts will be banned.

I had basically all of the milking/ridiculousness dropped from it after Roi posted it for inspection. Get with the times Acadien, like that would have flown with anyone in that state anyway.

Gosh! How could I have missed any of this entertainment? All I know is that the joke is on PK and TMN. You guys think you are the most powerful players. The true powers that be are those who do not boast of their accomplishments. They sit in waiting for you to re-enact your antics so that they may take advantage of the openings that you leave. I applaud the gusto with which you guys (and gals if applicable) play and feud. It's almost like reality. You should just know that all-out feuding leads to the end of your reign (in whatever area you are supreme). There is bound to be some upstart who has what it takes to handle both sides like putty in his hands. I would like to meet such an upstart but I doubt he will make himself known to me either. Either way, I appreciate the show.
BTW I would be glad to analyze the plans of the upstart and advise if he/she has any weak spots in his/her plan.

Are you guy really going to read into this? It is a statement about your attitudes. There is no known immediate threat. Just keep up the entertainment. All is as it should be.
