I, Captin Chalbooti, the diplomat for the great nation of Wales and any who carry her flag, hereby and hereto declare war on Isle of Man under the violation of a pre-arranged alliance between our two nations and the hostile takeover of the port of Tzogos, which rightfully belonged to Wales and will, by the end of this conflict, remain under her or an ally's control.

Wales will most likely enlist the services of other related parties closely tied to the nation, both currently and when she previously help Tzogos, Tortuga, and Seaglory. No set time has been established, as the only victory condition is the sustained control of the port in conflict. Any man or woman affiliated with Isle of Man is hereby declared a possible target and these enemies-of-state should expect to surrender their ties to the traitorous offenders or expect action against them.

Be they deserve it or not, let them fight for it. It's their cards and gold not yours.

People get ports according to power. How can they deserve a port, when Wales is a crappy nation and Chalbuti is a crappy King? They are not playing alone in this map you know..

Then just don't step in. Are you a merc? Does canada want to control a port? If not, then i dont see why this war concerns you. Even if chal is crappy, IF he manages to defeat his enemies, he deserves to own the port until someone else takes it back.

i like your humor but i'm not sure if it'll save you.. you see pirates don't get invitations.. We are crappy Sea dogs that treat people well when they get sick of wealth. Maybe we are sick too and we can't see it.. But still a visit will be paid towards you, or not.. Who know what future brings.
