Breaking news: KarKar punished the "Old Bear"

Postby Karsar » Mon Feb 08, 2016 12:18 pm

I told my enemy, messing with me will cost you 1 Billion.
Today i dropped his influence by additional 26,338,314 points
He was occupying the 2nd place, now is the 3rd.
Hr restored 15 Million points few days ago, i dropped them down too.
Total influence points i dropped are 48M during the passing 3-4 days (restoring cost 500M)
The total number of cards he used against me is 361, worth of 1028 credits, i.e. 160M
So total punishment fee so far is 660M, lol
All in all, i think i introduced myself here in the game as i wanted to.
Keep your classifications, nicknames, ranks and whatever to yourselves, i don't belong to any of them.
I'm not a pirate, nor a merchant or any known category..! That's all for you, but not for me.
I'm just a player, i will play according to my style and of course the game site rules.
No other player can draw any limits or rules for me. They can try, like the big balloon did.., and pufffff.., the balloon turned to be just a balloon..!
My objective is achieved.
Good game all :)

Nay - We should get on our donkeys ;)
Civilian:Are you insane? One pirate against trained pirates... Who do you think this man is? God?
My Leader: No. God would have mercy. He won't.

Not this nor that, my objective in the game has nothing to do with your virtual empires guys. There's nothing wrong in it, you are enjoying it, so do it. All you kings, Sirs, Lords..etc. are good in your roles and i have no intention to disturb you.
BUT, whoever disturbs me will be very hard to get away easy.
That's the core of my message.

I cant quite see then what your 'role' in the game is then, as you dont classify yourself as part of it. But wishing to remain undisturbed is a bit hopeful when you feel driven to disturb others, even if it is for such high moral purposes.
Your numbers are somewhat faulty: you assume all influence has been bought with the players gold and that all voodoo is acquired with the players credits: its not so.
If I steal a ship from you, it's a loss if you built it and paid coin to upgrade it : but if you yourself had stolen it, what have you lost?
So, announcing massive numbers for 'losses' as you do is simplistic at best: they only mean anything if the player had paid for it all in gold or credit and that aint necessarily so.
Fact is, some old bears can absorb such 'losses' with ease : annoying, yes, but rarely fatal: they have had a long time to build their set-up and, think on this, they started the same place as you : with one ship on account day #1.
But, I doubt you will consider that as meaning anything, after all, you dont seem to want to be part of this game anyway: 'So why are you here then?' would be a fair question, no?
Actually, you have chosen the easiest path of all in this game, so easy, the least intellectually gifted dullard can play it. So, dissing those who have travelled harder paths, who take more and greater risks and face greater daily threats to their existence is, well, its a little arrogant and insulting of you. Thus your less than warm welcome to these pages.

But, there you go, it takes all sorts and you are one such sort.

As Danik mentioned, your math is somewhat atrocious.

Secondly, I can't help but laugh and feel quite satisfied when in 3 days someone spends over 2,000 credits on "voodoo" packs plus however many for turns. Not to mention how one claims to ruin someone else's reputation in a game yet only destroys his own.

Well done!

I am pretty sure his objective is to have fun, but it wouldn't be challenging. He would just attack people for the fun of it, he could become dangerous in my view.

I believe that I should put my 2 cents here, as one of the players who responds heavily and decisive when provoked.

Cent 1, Consequences Schmonsequences
Just like KarSar needs to accept the reactions of his actions, this is what Mr.Rothchild has to do as well. Which means that anything is fair game and every player should carefuly choose his strategy according to his style, time and money in order to be invincible to whichever harassments he receives. This is the path to Eternal Glory in my perspective (which is the name of the game server).

Cent 2, Accept and move on
We all have been in wars. As long as every side dismisses the affects of the other side, the war will continue. When one or both sides accept that enough damage has been done, then the war will end. Remember however, the longer it takes, the worse for you two in comparison to the rest.
So, just accept the damages and get on with it; You both made your points and there is more in Avonmora than just pounding at each other (directly at the very least  )
