I was blamed when first i got in this game for using VooDoo cards. I was new, i didn't know.
I was told that "anything lit will be hit", this is a fair play. Even skimishes are fair. Therefore, no need to react with voodoo cards when someone hits your lit fleets. I understood the rule very well.
In my turn, i attacked yesterday 7 fleets on danger list, fair attack.
BUT.., the guildmaster of that player thought the are "untouchables"..!!! and without any further notice stormed me with 73 VooDoo cards (42 Million worth). Not feeling enough satisfied, he continued this morning with another 73 cards..!!! All for a fair attack i did..!
Now, the question, for all of us, who enjoy this game, be it "friends" or "enemies".., after all we are the players of this game.
The question is: Is there here rules that admins define (or general game rules), or in fact, whoever affords more cards will define new game rules..???
This was me at this time, but it could be you the next time..!
VooDoo cards are there to be used in certain conditions to enrich the game, but not to ruin the game or use it hysterically trying to impress other players..!
I can assure that guildmaster: You have open the hell gates on you and your guild members..! You and your guildmates will pay very bad for your childish and irresponsible action (we could have understood that if you were a newcomer or a guild member that sees no barriers). You, as a guildmaster, you have lots of responsibilities before doing such immature and irresponsible actions. You must be banned and removed from your position. Don't hide your sick head behind big nicknames, after all, you are equally a PLAYER just like every one here..!
We need an answer from the game admins. All the records are there, you must be able to check. I did fair attack, he answered with 146 VooDoo cards.
I used rude words in my messages to him, don't take it as an excuse, because my words were the only thing i could use at that moment as a first answer.
My answer will come, definitely. Not with words, but actions. I am not writing here to solve "My problem", that i can solve alone. I am writing here to find a solution, all together, for a big PROBLEM that might be the reason to ruin the whole game..!

For the record - I cast 42 Spells , 40 vengeance of the witch doctor, on disfavor and one confuse - That is what you get when you cast on someone with over 200 Vengeance at the time...

Meanwhilst - KarKar, no offence ; If you have cast - You must be willing to get cast back on : Some people of Avonmora will know how many times I have gone through what you are right now, as I said : I have woke up to 250 events once - Thieving magpie raids from DTT, Time Spirale'd... Did I say anything? Nope just got Vengeance...

I guess, I still need to teach you defence though - And ways to get at Noble's...

I don't think this is an issue for any admins to deal with.

Attacks, skirmishes and voodoo are all parts of the game, all can be used legally, but one must always take into account the possible retaliation.

Every action has a reaction

SSTG, as an example, has the very well known 3-hit-limit, which means no member is allowed to attack any other player more than 3 times within 24 hours (unless permission is granted under special circumstances). This is not to be nice, this is to protect our guild from retaliation. For the same reason, no un-authorized voodoo is permitted. This is not a game of hit-and-run, because you will always be found and held responsible.

Summary; everything you can do with game mechanisms is legal to the admins, but the nobles, merchants and pirates of Avonmora will hold you responsible for both your words and actions.

Always judge what you do with both your rational sense and your moral. It does not matter how much voodoo you got, how many 60-points MoW's you have stolen, how much influence you are maintaining, how much fame you have accumulated, how much gold you have earned, how many captains you have invested in, the only thing you have in Avonmora is your word and your comrades
