T'zak Ryn in Newland

The governor of Newland has been overthrown! Newland has been once again been reclaimed as a haven for pirates, rouges, and those on the bad side of the law. Quickly becoming the center of black market dealings, Newland is certainly a dangerous place. However, the T'zak Ryn patrolling their waters offer some level of safety, with their aggressive intolerance for combat near their port. Rumors have it even leviathans are patrolling the waters..
It is also common knowledge that the T'zak Ryn will volatilely react to any attempts to usurp their power in Newland, very unwilling to give up what they have claimed as their own. Most pirates and lowlifes, once more having a 'safe' port to restock, and to do dealings in, also share the sentiment.
