Port Control

My fellow privateers, pirates, merchants, traders and sea urchins.

I appreciate that port control is important to you all and some may not appreciate my recent investment in the port of Seaglory but I do not appreciate the use of voodoo I've experienced today.

The only voodoo I have used to control ports has been on players that are no longer active. I (and some of my Welsh brethren) on the other hand have been hit repeatedly with voodoo today. I do not declare the use of voodoo as an act of war (it's part of the game, not every action has to lead to war) but certainly I do not meet it with kindness. I cannot speak for all of Wales, nor do I have any authority to do so but I would hope that port control can be contested with gold and not provoke nations to war by the use of voodoo.

I for one will take no part in any nation war unless I myself am targeted. I would also like to ask my Welsh brethren not to use voodoo in the battle for port control.

Is this not the pot calling the kettle black.

A lot of voodoo was cast on Barbados to lower influence before you spent and wasted your gold trying to take control. Do you think that a Rich man can sail into a port and say its mine without first talking to the owners.

I don't think it is Collier. I didn't cast any voodoo. I don't wish to argue over it, a lot of voodoo may have been used but it was not my doing and I was not aware of it myself. Whatever has happened I was merely calling for everyone not to use voodoo but what you do is your choice.
