the majority of my life outside of my home is knife only.... im prepared to be physical and fight... that is an option i do not want for my daughters or better half.... my daughters have had pistols and shotguns since before they were 10... no school shootings... no taking them to school... no showing them off... the idea a gun creates a school shooter over bad parenting is hilarious.... guns used to be in pickups hanging in gun racks at schools... churches... markets... everywhere .... guns havent changed... thin skinned entitled twits with no respect raised by idiots have

Awe come on Dez you know that is only a fraction of the problem. most of the time whatever solutions the politicians come up with are either the “band-aid” solutions or end up making a situation worse. And some communities are forgotten because other communities are being funneled money. Sometimes throwing money at the problem is the only help some communities get. Sometimes it’s the mayor or whatever who keep funds to line their pockets. Not exactly the guns that are the issue. That’s the superficial. The end result is the gun violence.

Unfortuneately not all folk have your attention to safety and the etiquette of it all . herein prob lies a bit of the problem..
. (We had a chevy with a gun rack too .. with a gun in it .. lol .. it was normal and common). Times have changed quickly in many ways and yes, idiots breeding more idiots lol Oh dear.. judgy me .. however.. sad but true.

Ive yet to see a gun rack at the local church tho ..
I doubt youve had our news over there.. but we had an 8 hours shootout (which I mentioned earlier in the thread) ... they released the audio and viz from the police helicopter today during the 8 hour seige .. have you ever heard some of those? Chilling.

So a friend of mine has a grandma 97 years old. They take care of her way too much and keep her home safe.

So the grandma went for her monthly check to a clinic got infected by covid and one month later still haven't returned home.
