If Bangers new found change of heart has been more recent than that, hardly his claim of Tom's long term harassment must be less than 6 days.

What constitutes long term? This is the question that needs to be clarified.

Would TKPs threat to lock down dman for a year unless he submitted to their will constitute griefing then?

I dont think so...... dmans actions were for profit. That was also a key point in CJs post.

Well, according to Dman, he never lost a gc through the whole thing so from that it would be easy to say the whole issue was just a lark and a small demonstration of what trader teamwork can accomplish.
Obviously no harm done anywhere. Nope, no griefing there.
I tend to agree with PK tho, keeping the foot on someones throat for any longer that 2 weeks should be considered griefing. The time leading up to the placement of said foot tho I do not think should count as time on the clock.

I agree that there should be guidelines however I think it will ultimately fall to where CJ's moral compass passes judgement on a case by case basis.
There is no doubt CJ would have intervened on Dman's behalf if things went, in his opinion, too far.
I don't think Banger's complaint has reached that stage but not for me to say.
