Hell, cutters are deadly in the right hands. Too bad some linger onto the big ships like MoWs and SoTLs, and think those are the only vessels proper for war.

9/10 times a Cutter fleet will kick a merchant fleet's ass.

To be honest most merchants don't have there fleets at 100% there usually 99% damaged
