I think it’s an excellent learning opportunity provided by mr. Pitt. All actions come with a consequence and/or a reaction. Seeing the actions talon has made in the recent months may be the reason his account was frozen. I’ve had an account frozen for raiding the banker, and they said pay back the raid or I don’t get my GC back.

Simple things really, I’m sure there’s a good reason behind it. You could always ask the banker why it’s frozen.
