Sorry, I am very jaded about this whole thing because of a warped description of what has transpired by one side. I trust and respect you completely, but unless certain things come to light, this process is a farce.

That i would agree too. Both parties give consent to have all messages released in case of future conflict.

Confidentiality in negotiations is a very sound principle. If I were to take part in any negotiations, I would certainly not concent to my messages during those negotiations be made public.

This is common practice during most negotiations.
