Yeah because the amount of enemies Merc has made would make it impossible for them to hold -
Vudu has never shied away from the challenge of it...as for IoM not holding a port - oops there it is (again) Vudu 2 - Merc 0 ... (& no spreading a member or 2 here or there in other nations doesn't count).
Would be as funny as all hell if all the rulers decided to cut off your stipends , TI payments (oh wait I heard 1 already did that because of some shannigans) & made Merc EoTC
