NAP terms offer from PK to TMN and IMO

Subject: NAP offer from Pk to TMN/IMO

Pk is willing to form an NAP with TMN and IMO again and end the war officially, therefore insuring that it does not resume. The terms are the following:

1. Neither Pk nor TMN will cast offensive voodoo on the other guild without permission
2. Each member of the guilds will only attack a player 3 times in 12 hours if they are available for attack on the plunder list
3. To compensate for some damages done, Pk will receive 4 Ship of the Lines from TMN/IMO through the use of commandeers. Pk will offer assistance to any IMO members who are active and have not yet recovered from the attack
4. If the NAP is broken, each guild must contact the other side and wait 48 hours to allow the other guild a chance to make reparations
5. If either guild wishes to end the NAP without reason, 4 days must pass after declaring the NAP void before it is officially terminated

All TMN members and Admiral Blackpants must agree to this NAP in this topic for it to be official. The terms may be negotiated, but Pk sees all of the points stated as necessary and will most likely not agree to anything other than minor changes

the nap has been agreed to by TMN
with the following changes 3 Sols are to be given to luffy at a stated later date... peace is in effect as of 2:13 pm cst on march 24 2013

i've gone back and forth through my battles. i followed the letter of the NAP perfectly....and technically so did you(unless you read clause 4).
here's the thing. i've been actively avoiding hitting tmn/imo since the war ended. we've even gone as far an CJW warning me that my traders were popping up, and me telling people i work with to ignore Trith, Phoenixs, and Quizzalo's traders when they were popping up.... just because im trying not to start anything..

i accidentally insta strike-d 2 imo players, messaged with them after it happened. and was told everything is cool.... they had been honing in on a multi million target... so whatever they got in the process was way worth the net 100 K i stole from them...

you laid in wait until i had 4 strikes on my port battles, so u could get 2 hits instead of one.... instead of sniping my kill, u waited till i was vulnerable and then sniped me.

even if ur following the letters of the NAP that's a sleazy move(wait just kidding, what happened to 48 hours seeking restitution-o wait, u didn't u just attacked me, a direct violation of clause 4 of the NAP)... the last leader of TMN was talking to me directly about my own danger rating... u lingered and waited for the first chance you got to rob me...

ive been trying to stay off of your radar.... but it wasn't enough. you could have sniped my target, you could have followed the 48 hours clause (and realized Shaydo and FunzelDunkelMaker and i have already resolved it) but instead you went with race in and jack a sotl... and then you spammed PK leadership that i had violated the NAP (ur not stupid and can count, u knew i had only hit imo 3 times)... and threatened to attack me. seriously... wut is ur problem

my violation was accidental, stayed within the 3 hits rules in the agreement itself, and cost imo 90K.

your violation was ACTUALLY AGAINST THE TERMS OF THE NAP, but was also deliberate and timed, and cost me 17.5 million....

no integrity... what a surprise. it's good to know what your word is worth.

ok guys i see you all want this public so now lets hear the rest of the story. I did not lay in wait to hit you zombie. it was spurr of the moment. I never would have guessed that you being as experinced at war as you are would leave a fleet of sols no gold and no small ship to cover them. That was a mistake on your part. I only hit the sols twice to take one of them.. Then you say i broke the nap like you said 3 times thats is in the nap. Then to show you im not totally a heartless scumbag i even offer to let you have your ship back. wait im sure that must be a violation of some treaty.. so zombie tells us know what what is my word worth to you.I would say 17.5 mil wouldnt you...

to be fair, he did totally give me back the ship... so at least that part of this slimy undertaken is spoken for... even fixed it.... so that's cool

thanks for your honesty zombie . You need to realize that Tmn is Responsible to protect the IMO as it protects its self. so my crew is also imo players.

I sent this to muhammad soon after i was told war was over, i didn't take much part in it because of my work schedule, but he replies with his "It is now" soon after as if he wasn't notified before hand.
