Sure, sure. Why this was brought to a war with Spain is beyond me. His decision of course, but I do think it's worth looking into.

EDIT: And just to be clear, he requested that I make this post. I wasn't planning on making a fuss about it.

No! I didn't want Spain to be involved in this in the first place. And I do not want them to fight my battles either. I want to deal with this myself, I didn't want anyone else to even be part of it.

First, Dyno is a former guildmate. I was in ATC for 3+ years, but haven't been in ATC for well over a year, probably closer to 2.

Second, Leo hitting Dyno was not an issue for me. For the most part, I didn't care outside of wishing he would have chosen a harder target to raid. While there are definitely some fierce players in ATC, most ATC members are simple traders.

Thrid, It was Leo's bragging about how ineffective Dyno's retaliation for the raid that caused me to hit Leo. Wasted a good chunk of clearing voodoo to drop his MB, but I hit him with what I would call a fair retaliation for the ~20M (based on what he and madshan said IIRC) gc raid that Leo and madshan put on Dyno.

Finally, my declaration against Spain came because Leo (Duke of Spain) accused me of hitting his influence and he stated that such actions made it a nation issue and that the council would decide a response. As such, I simply obliged the accusation of it being a nation issue and made it so. If I were going to be accused of nation issues, I figured it would be best to actually have committed nation issues.

Then Spain's influence in Vaasburg dropped by about half. And here we sit.

I wasn't bragging that the retaliation had failed, I was stating that I was getting retaliation back and so far it hadn't worked. That would be like bragging "hey, I have a mindbar up, look at me!" It's just stupid. Secondly, when you lit me up afterwards, the props came in along with the FFJs and HNs. And since you had less than double my fame, the pieces only fit too well together.

I didn't request you to post anything in the forums.

I asked in SLACK if you had a response for Vaasburg's influence drop.

You didn't reply.

Lolita then responded and asked if we can get negotiations started. I stated we could start once you responded.

Then Lolita said that you were told not to say anything in SLACK and if you were going to say anything it should be in Tavern or Forums.

I replied if that be the case, post in the forums, UoH.

This all could have just be chatted about in SLACK, but it's apparently my fault you wanted to discuss here in the forums.

He told me that is what Stan in NPS had told him. Oh and this isn’t the first time he was propped either. And apparently Pitt told him to talk to Lodswe and a vote was taking up to replenish what was lost. That vote was a big fat No wasn’t it. And why do you think that was? Maybe because Props are a personal think but cons involve the top 10.
