Update : Day #2

Having licked their wounds, and the windows, the less than clever crew of The Golden Goose have sweated and heaved and cursed and bitterly regretted eating Saucy Sue's special extra-hot egg curry.

Afterwards they loaded many many cases of shiny shiny goldiness! Surrounded by the mystical mists of 'Skirmish Protection', they wended their weary, and wary, way out to see the sea.

Where next for our intrepid lustrous avian?

The happy carefree crew of The Golden Goose gamboled in the warm sunshine as their cruise continued unmolested.

Desparate for attention, the ugly cabin boys had taken to wagging sticks at passing fleets. The wise Bosun declared that they needed bigger sticks.

As a bright new day dawns over Avonmora, the happy sound of Danik beating an accountant with a large wet haddock merges into the wailing chorus of ugly cabin boys viewing their breakfast. Sawdust porridge. Again!

Cruel but a necessary economy given the need to add not only the vast expense of another voyage to the Golden Goose's itinery, but a further 100
shiny shiny goldie barries to the prize pot.

Update : Day #4

The Golden Goose dailed serenely into Aiora. She sailed back out. She sailed loudly into Newland. She sailed back out, the ugly cabin boys jeering the local skirmishers as lacking in onions and being possessors of tiny sticks.

Rather insulting but what kind of skirmishers ignore such bounty appearing on their horizons?
