This means unless someone else makes a post, you are not permitted to make another post right after your past one. If you going to say the exception is, "in case of announcements, guides" and that you're just making announcements, keep reading, "in case of announcements, guides or other content in locked topics."
Even if I interpret this rule differently and say you can repost as long as it is an announcement, you'd have to do two things, 1)Prove they're not trivial, and 2)Inform people of something that isn't a)Common knowledge and b)doesn't break the forum rules. Finally 3) The announcement must be formal. In that sense meet this definition according to Marriam-Webster, "a piece of formal stationery designed for a social or business announcement." In this case stationery can be considered a forum post.
Even then, that's not how I'm interpreting this rule.

I stand chagrined. I will edit more regularly than I already do. Something are momentous though, like me congratulating Capt Dungeness, seems trivial but really that is a result of over 400 battle raid against Captain Da Vinci that made Capt Dungeness number one--a Zom B raid.

I don't like to name names like this, but I think this is pretty much common knowledge at this point.

I mean these are very momentous times indeed for Zom B. We have picked up a great player from a fading glory TMN, we even welcomed a King into our midst this evening.

So, absolutely I will keep my reposting to a minimum, but some things I'm sure you will admit are worth crowing about--even if not everyone is in on the joke.
