1M pr plunder win; definitely. Here, it's 1M pr ship plunder. So you need to steal the ship. Even that can be enough, many times. Not sure in this case. We'll see if anyone collects the bounties on that, I guess.

It appears that Valar's Bounty Total has increased to a total of 154 Million; however, it seems that no one is taking up the bounties.

Why does he need a mindbar? He is trying to extort some of the wealthiest and most prominent players in the game, who happen to have the most ships, out of their credits. If he has the 190 Assassins to do what he said, he should also have the other necessary voodoo to counter any possible retribution. Why hide behind a mindbar? He obviously has the "resources" to acquire all of that voodoo and rebuild from any attack received.
