I once thought she was worthy enough to invest in a subscription to another game so that, if I were to be disappointed with this game and retire from it, I wouldn't lose her friendship. Since then her methods in the game were the source of some controversy. Truth is that she is still here and to the best of my knowledge spent no time banned though the situation was reportedly brought to the attention of Captain Jack. If this is true then Captain Jack, in his limited understanding of the whole picture, has certainly used what information is at his disposal to ascertain the validity of the claims made against Admiral Blackpants and either proved or decided to accept that Admiral Blackpants had not infringed on the fairness that is owed to the rest of us. Truth be known, if there was any wrong doing, it would have been academic since so few citizens of Wales were pursuing rank at the time anyway. For those of us who have our opinions of the evidence publicly available at the time in question, it is simply a question of honor and trust.
[REMOVED TO, HOPEFULLY, HEAD OFF UNFAIR TREATMENT OF A FRIEND]
But on a seemingly related note, I did provide a large amount of support to another female in the guild of ABP. Strangely, the reaction of ABP to the aide provided to the female player was to tell me that I was being manipulated by someone claiming to be a female and using the flag of Wales to rally my support. Another major act by ABP was to tell the other female that she was not to accept my assistance. Now, what is strange about that second act was that it was different from what she said to her male guild members. To them she simply warned that I may be trying to coerce them and create spies in her guild. This is a realistic point to consider for those who are unaware of my intentions but I was open to ABP from the start about why I was helping her to prosper and bumping her influence in Tortuga. Why she would begrudge her own guild members the opportunity to advance themselves at the low price of investing in their nation is beyond any logical reasoning. Those who have ever found that they aren't the only person that their friend hung out with may be able to come up with a theory.
Now since Captain Johnny Walker in all of the chivalry that was given to his ????(??), ABP, posed a question after he failed to truthfully address the question of whether it is fair or right for ABP to require that her underlings (I use that term since it is clear that there is some oppression going on there) send her their daily present, I feel that it is only right that he and the IMOs members get an honest answer to that question. Before I answer, I feel that it is only fair that I quote the question.
Hollywood wrote:and Not that IMO is any of your business on how we work within, but think for a minute, it seems that everyone thinks ABP is greedy because we insist on members of IMO make her their present buddy, well when they do this, dont they also get the same present as well?? no loss, or oppression here is there, whats the problem?? again, im not sure how this pertaines to anyone in PK is beyond me, what would everyone like? for us to instruct OUR members to do?? send some to other people... like maybe you??, I dont think so.
The part of that that really stands out as untruthful is, "no loss".
Now lets just look at what would happen if a guild had 101 players each of whom played daily and gave his present diligently to his guild leader. Let's ignore the two potential voodoos that each gets without interacting with another player and the one potential voodoo for those with a perfect relationship with his wife at the time of claiming the present.
Each of 100 of the guild members gets 1 voodoo card that they can count on if they come onto a situation where that card is useful. The guild leader of that guild gets 101 assuming she send one out. If she happens to send it to one of her underlings, then one of the 100 actually gets 2 voodoo cards.
Now lets look at the same guild with the same present omissions as before when each guild member has a trading partner assigned. Each player gets a copy of the present that he sends and another from his trade partner. That's 100 cards sent to a deserving member of the guild and 100 less cards going to the guild leader, may she choke on the ones she has been offered thus far.
I have one more important point to make. I am a truck driver. ABP knows this. She somehow thinks that it's okay to point out that I haven't done anything to help her guild's innocent members. She doesn't seem to think it's fair that I have the right to decide from evidence who is innocent before I decide who to help. So far I have helped one innocent. I hellped Luffy of PK. Yes. I admit to helping a member of a guild that has many enemies of TMN and IMO. As a whole, I don't agree with the justifications made by some of the players attacking TMN and IMO on behalf of PK including some members of PK but I find great fault in the methods and reasons for some of the actions taken by the leaders of TMN and IMO in the extended battle that has been the talk of the tavern lately.
Now back to some of the manipulative arguments made by ABP toward my promise to the innocents. All players that I have found to be innocent thus far have had my support and my vow for future support if it is required. The total number of proven innocents was one and I already told you who it was. If I find that there were more innocents, I will rush to their aid as quickly as I can. I dislike mistreatment of merchants who have done nothing but thrown their lot in with the wrong leader. I welcome all innocent targets of this war to come forth with their claims of innocence and a tally of their losses so that I can determine the validity of your claims and begin working on helping with recovery efforts. Remember that I am a truck driver. Sometimes I sleep, sometimes I drive. During these times, I'm not going to be considering your cases. I can only do what I can during waking hours of non working periods.
