In order to further protect, guide, and strengthen the sailors of Avonmora, who resolutely raise the American flag, the United States National Committee has seen fit to formally convey a list of rights, guarantees, and expectations available to any and all Avonmorans who abide by the regulations set forth for the betterment of our citizenship.

Article 1: Learning the Game
Due to the complexity of Pirates Glory, the United States National Committee (USNC) encourages all players, especially new players, to ask questions, via Forums or Private Messages, in regards to game mechanics. The USNC will provide and encourages all players to provide guidance to players learning the game.

Article 2:Guilds
Guilds are community based, pseudo-national organizations that provide enhanced layers of support to players. Guilds are not limited to a single nation or playing style, and have their own rules for management. The USNC understands and respects the rules set forth by guilds and will work with guild leaders to prevent or resolve conflicts. The USNC encourages all U.S. Citizens to join a guild that both matches their style of game play and that they are comfortable with.

Article 3: Trade, Skirmishes, & Plunder
The USNC may provide military and/or voodoo support, or financial restitution for excessive or unwarranted attacks. Each circumstance will be reviewed by the Council before action is taken. The USNC will not provide support or restitution for normal game play such as skirmishes (covered by skirmish insurance) or plunders from normal danger rating increases.

Article 4: Nation Missions & Titles
Nation Missions are an important tool in rising through the ranks within the nation hierarchy. Each Rank or Title provides a potential bonus and increases a player’s voice in national policy discussions. The USNC encourages citizens to complete Nation Missions to both increase their influence in national decisions and to strengthen our resolve as a nation.

Article 5: Communication
Communication is invaluable for a nation’s success. The USNC promotes an open forum of communication between the Council and Citizens through chat, private message, and/or nation forum posts. General discussion, suggestions, and critiques are promoted without fear of retribution.

Article 6: Financial Assistance for Player Development
The USNC and Council support the development of players, specifically those new to the game. The USNC will not provide handouts, but will provide financial assistance on a conditional basis to help players develop in the game.

These rights are extended to all citizens of the United States, and are conveyed by the United States National Committee.

Knaves,beggars,peasants and the government (thieves) better get ready for the next several months of turmoil. Avonmora ie changing,Pirates,we are taking over. Nicholi,capable of writing laws but couldn’t pour water out of a boot if the instructions were on the sole. Man yeh ships and get ready for war.

This was a joint effort among a group to remind people that the United States is still capable of a stable and strong governing structure. We are not looking for war, in fact we are looking to find more friends in the world of Avonmora. This constitution is intended as an invitation to any player who is willing to play the game in an honorable manner.

We are doing our best to be self sufficient. As far as allies go the majority of our friends are not our official "Allies" per se, but we like to have friends where we can find them, whether they are powerful national leaders or landlubbers.

Let's try to keep the discussion related to the topic. The USA is working hard at rebuilding after the Spain/Mexico Wars and the resulting Civil War. We have come together as a nation and created this document to show both our resolve as a nation and where we stand.

It's taken considerable work and cooperation to build this foundation and bridge divides. Perhaps it is easy to mock for now, but only time will tell if the USA has recovered.
