yes i can read but he said he is selling off the ports and probably for personal income mainly because he doesn't own a bank that is monitored closely by the council to make sure that he doesn't abuse the nation and i think that he is

My bank is not monitored and it is more successful than the so called "monitored ones"

As King I do not have to ask for permission to sell the ports. If I don't see the nation being fit to own them I can scrap them. I will do so with my own voodoo and be reimbursed or the potential buyer can use their own.
