I'm getting hungry and rather than go after actives I want to poach these but when they are in a guild then tend to get cleared and geno'd. So this is problematic.

Love ya buddy but this is making it sound like you want all guilds to make it easy for you to plunder. I disagree with your approach as stated above.

To make it easier for poor starving pirates to find some morsels, we here in Bonaire have decided to mark those we feel worthy of such a sacrifice : so, if you see a Bonaire citizen marked as an Enemy of the Crown then feel free to feed upon them content in the knowledge that nobody over here is gonna complain

Isn't this what we are doing now? Just pleaing to the other playstyle to make it easy on us. If this sounds ridiculous to you, that is because it is.

The OP was meant to be serious. I do like the idea of scrubbing inactives for the sake of giving a true reflection of active membership and to provide targets for noobs to farm.

I got the bit off the he rails and tried to play a little game about how ridiculous it sounds when someone needs things made easy for them. I don't have an issue farming inactives or actives in a guild. Trying to learn when you can catch a guild off guard or teat whether or not they will clear an inactive is part of the fun.

As it sounds like most guilds are for the most part actively doing this, I will return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

For those looking for targets, I will begin working my list of assumed inactive target after Harlockpalpooza.
