Shaydo is violating the NAP. 5 strikes in 24 hours, all of them in Tortuga. Is suppose this is the 24 hour restitution discussion period?... i suppose i need to edit this, i now realize it's per 24... all the same, what the hell... this is uncalled for

i'm don't think ive ever attacked this guy, period... why the hell is he the only person attacking me constantly, AND violating the agreement that stopped the fighting...

The nap states 3 strikes in a 12 hour period which i have stuck to, actually gone over 12 hours between attacks so i wasn't hitting you bang on 12 hours.
So i'm not violating the agreement, it's the reason i'm being restrained.
Dude, your my number one target for missions, logic says use the nap to get the 30 rank points every 12 hours for minimal turn usage, before either hitting npc's or waiting another 12+ hours.

roi, i don't want ur help on this, at all. please let me/Shaydo and the PK/TMN/imo leadership handle this without your input. no offense, but that message didn't help at all.

Also.. i think my frustration here has less to do with Shaydo's conduct (although mind you Shaydo you are pissing me off like whoa right now) instead my frustration is largely about a imbalance in the DR rating system as it relates to active pirates. ive included a rather long discussion of the problem as i see it, as well as a proposed solution in the Why does Capt Jack hate Pirates thread in the forum at the moment. Please refer to that if you're interested.

As too the NAP itself, as Shaydo and I both have pointed out, he was within the wording of the original NAP. Lame or not, and it is... no violation of the peace is occurring.

i just realized this is the first truce ive ever seen that says 12 hours, not the standard 24 hours

I can understand, it must be mighty annoying to keep gettin hit by me every 12 hours or so, but the nap says i can hit you 3 times, and every mission i do the game decides to make you my best target, and to top it of you kindly presented yourself all over the boards for me. What am i really supposed to do, ignore this golden opportunity for easy ranks and just go after NPC's, burnin turns on getting none of the nations i need before the pirate hunters turn up?

If you'd like to sort something out off the forums, so i can hit you for my missions in excess of the 3 hits per 12h, then lets sort something out.

Failing that if you don't want me to hit you under the terms agreed upon in the nap, stay off the boards maybe, that's what i do, or ask Captain Jack to make the mission targets change between missions so your not always my number 1 target?

Have to agree about DR though to a degree, a few hours fighting can leave you up for days on the boards to be hit, which doesn't make much sense, surely 8 days after a raid, you shouldn't still be available on the boards for such easy retribution.
