First off your file didnt show.
Second, this order would ONLY be legally binding if Zeph agreed to it AND one of the following offences occurred:
1. Collision
2. Salvage
3. Loss of Life
4. Personal Injury
5. Loss of Property (Theft)
6. Violation of Regulations

None of which is identified as a crime committed. Be very careful, as "warrant for wrongful arrest unlawfully may ensue and terminate the case and cost the claimant the severe expenses for the impairment caused."

This means if you try to force an UNLAWFUL ship arrest for reason beyond listed (notice butt hurt is not listed ), it can result in immediate case termination and damages awarded.
