Should nations be able to vote and post bounties directly from treasury to the bounty board ?

Should Nations be able to hire services from other different nationals and pay direct from treasury pending vote approval ?

Post what you think a Nation should be able to do with its treasury besides rent acreage and pay insurance, stipends or individual payments.

I think a nation should be able to post bounties from the treasury. I also think they should be able to send payments to noncitizens by a vote.

I think nations should have their own bounty board, paid by treasury via a nation vote.

Can be to attack players, other nations, or even contract transport immigrants or other helpful casts.

I believe nations should have the power to sell their titles to the ports to other nations via vote from council instead of paying a single player out of pocket. Same with purchasing a port. A nation could send a request to purchase a port from another nation with a vote from council on both the request and the passing of the vote.

Since everyone in this game loves gold so much and not sea battles...

I say we all join under 1 flag... Max the population out... and just all bathe in gold every day.

I think this game is way better if you just don't sail any ships and trade voodoo and credits and build ships for the big merchants.. it's much more profitable that way
