Repairing Damages

Please, before commenting here, please wait for the rest of the ideas, plus the main article. It is going to take some time.
-Damages conducted during combat, from hull and sail attacks, can be repaired normally after the battle.
-Damages conducted from Ship suicidal mission, receive a 1 hour countdown, since last attack, before they can be manually repaired.
-Damages conducted from Voodoo Storm, Call the Kraken and Fire Ship, receive a 1 hour countdown, since last attack, before they can be manually repaired.

Will Swarm of Works be included or altered?
Also, how will emergency call and royal auxiliary come into play, will they be paused or remain the only way to repair in the coold down time frame?

So the idea to improve PVP is to ibcrease the power effect of voodoo in ship to ship combat?

Swarm of Worms will not be included - As it is today.
Both Emergency Call and Royal Fleet Auxiliary will remain as they are today.
Kangaroo, it is a discussion. Try to follow the rest of the posts too as this is an upheaval in how battles are fought.

My bad, I thought I was discussing..
I've read them all with interest, to date and with acknowledgement there is more information to come, this is the only one I have an issue with, the rest either interest me or I don't mind them one way or the other, again, at this point..

If there are 50 brigs in roster and RFA, EC is in effect, what effect will a Fire Ship have ?
Initial description says no repairs for 1 hour. No effect on RFA/EC function = conflict of descriptions ?

I mean manual repairs. I updated the post. EC/RFA are automatic repairs. They counter swam of worms and repair defending ships, not attacking. So it sounds to be fair game for the sleeping defender.
Obviously dmg voodoo are giving some headache already. We need to analyze every part of the game.
