New ship tactics: Bloodbath

I want to consider an idea of instead of attackinf the ship, you solely attack the crew instead and plunder less gold with this way of attacking. The idea is to remove crewmembers from a fleet by boarding the ship and massacring the crewmembers. However with this the enemy can board your ship and massacre your crew if the odds are not in your favor. This is what i call Bloodbath.
An option can be set on a fleet to conduct a bloodbath instead of a normal plunder, and this will reduce plunder gains to a maximum of 2% of the player’s on hand gold. However fame taken is increased to a maximum of 15% possible. This bloodbath can only be conducted if the player is on the plunderboard, and reduces danger of player by 9 instead of 18. Each bloodbath assault success causes 30-65% of the crew to die. Basically a normal plunder with only killing crew. If a bloodbath isnt successful, the attacker loses 35-70% of their crewmembers on each ship in the attacking fleet.
Thoughts?
