Simply stating "That is not allowed" and going on your merry way is one of the reasons we are here in the first place.

The only way to move forward is for people to take a step forward and post. If an issue occurs report it, so it can be addressed.

It's called providing a warning. Without them, you will get the other side of the argument, that the moderation isn't giving anyone any chances and is just ban happy tyrants and thus people won't post out of fear of being hit with harsh actions.

If you will forgive my bluntness, I want your job as forum moderator leaving you time to do what you are very good at and that is game development role. There, you excel but in moderating, the impartiality trust has been breached.

My role as Dev Requires Moderator rights to the forums, but here is what I'll do for you Stan. I won't moderate any parts of the forum except the development forums, as that is entirely in m purview as the Dev Coordinator. Of course, once you take the position.

And please tell me how I have been impartial. You are free to report me to CJ if you think I'm abusing my admin/mod privileges.

Bans can be issued without warnings, depending on the nature of the actions. Since I don't know what you were banned for, or atleast don't recall, I can't comment on the reasoning for not giving a warning.

I can see the vote totals. I'm not disagreeing that previous actions occurred and caused issues.
