They can but with school computers blocking stuff lately this is a sub solution. My school computer blocked the codex so I assumed that is could be an issue in the future.

Sounds like a solution that really is only about a small select set of individuals named Natsu.

Hey, remember it's more than just Stan. Stan was nominated as the spokesman. So he was speaking for the group on an official capacity. It's discriminatory to not include the others. Don't want to do that.
