-EotC with Rightful King are great, but player must be of the same nation as king. I see Letter of Marque very similar as a nation activity against players that have wronged a nation in someway.
4. Return to ship based game play. Stepping away from everything relying on voodoo.

From day 1 I have been a nation player so my focus is on nation improvements, maybe with a bit of a twist.
