Could be part of it, personally though, I gave up after pressing it for so long. I am not sure I'll be returning to piracy ever in the future. A shame, would have loved to use and build the ship.

Perhaps if the previous thought of it being available to all players, pirate or national then I'd go for it now. Provided abilities were different.

Pirate Flagship more geared to offense / piracy, National Flagship more towards Defense etc.

Either way, not at the top of my list any longer .
