ROLES DESCRIPTION
Project Coordinator
Manages and instructs all Administrators and Coordinators.
Leads everyone throughout the project.
Game Development Roles
Development Administrator
Responsible for coding the game and support sites (forums,wiki).
He coordinates mainly with the Players Dev Team Coordinator.
Currently, has the final word in any approved suggestion.
Players Dev Team Coordinator
Responsible for managing and growing the Players Dev Team.
Along with the team and the players he is responsible for approving and disapproving suggestions.
Currently 1 position but the plan is to grow this to 2 so more responsibilities can be assumed.
Players Dev Team
A team of players who are responsible for organizing the ideas of the playerbase and helping the game development.
Game Management Roles
Game Administrator
Responsible for ensuring fair play in game.
Investigates all reports or conducts his own checkups.
Handles and monitors all suspicious activity.
Coordinates with all administrators and ensures the game well being.
Community Administrator
Responsible for the community development.
He mainly coordinates with the Game Administrator.
He is responsible in appointing/removing forum and in-game forum mods.
Later on he will assume the ability to also manage the Community Channel at Chat which is currently under the Game Administrator.
Forum Mods
Responsible for keeping the forum rules and forum structure.
In-game forum mods
Responsible for keeping the in-game forums harassment free.
Game Promotion Roles
PR Coordinator
Responsible for game image outside the game.
Participates in Advertising Budget Management
Manages the PR Team
PR Team
Promote the game through various ways through a collective effort.
Social Networks Admin
Responsible for Pirates Glory Facebook page.
Manages the FB Page Mods team
FB Page Mods Team
Create listings daily at the PG Facebook Page
Fantasy Draft Host
Organizes the Fantasy Draft (twice a year).
RP Events Coordinator
Organizes Roleplaying Events at the forums
