Bermuda Daily - Issue #79: 80s at their peaks

Still in England, but with a softer danceable rock. This Issue band from London is sometimes considered very representative of the 80s. We chose a song from their peak moment of popularity: 1984. In that year they were at their third studio album, named Waking Up with the House on Fire, and this song was the lead single from the album.

Curiosity: this time their female voice Helen Terry (which wasn't officially part of the band but was always present) sung with another girl named Clare Torry. But Clare is probably more known for her gig in the sky in one of the greatest song of all the times.

So today Radio Bermuda suggest listening to The War Song by the Culture Club.
