Bermuda Daily - Issue #76: Sing a Happy Song

I watched a movie yesterday and this movie ended with the main characters performing a song, and this song sounded sooo 70s So I looked it up and discovered it was actually a song from 1979 by The O'Jays.

Then I suggest it here on Radio Bermuda today: Sing a Happy Song from 1979 album Identify Yourself by The O'Jays.



The movie version is interesting too, but it does spoil some important details of the movie (witch by the way is The Voices). But it's nice to see Deadpool dancing (same actor: Ryan Raynolds).

Magical. The O'Jays, indeed the whole Philly roster, kinda got over-shadowed by the Tamla behemoth. A shame cos they were a match for the Four Tops in my humble opinion. Alas, no-one could match the Temptations but the O'Jays are definitely worth listening to. Search out more of their stuff. Sweet sweet soul.
