If by that, you mean is "Doin' Time" a loose cover of "Summertime" then yes it is.

Lana Del Rey, I didn't know her
I've read a bit about her, one of her favorite songs is Janis Joplin version of Gershwin's Summertime. This one, even if not strictly a cover, is a strong citation. At the first I though it could be a merge between Summertime and another tune.
