Info about Issue #5

Dear readers we are sorry but Issue #5 will be delayed due the happenings in life of editor.... Once more we apologise and we hope that we will get back to old way of doing the things and we hope to get back to the lenght which we had in Issue #2

Well issue 5 could have been shorter. So I can't complain.
