New card

Name: Band of Thieves
Type: Enchantment
Duration: 24 hours
Rarity: Common
Turns Cost: 5 Turns
Stack 3 (Can be casted up to 3 times against a single target)
Card Ability: Avenge 2 (Effect is multiplied by 2 for targets that have casted more than 2 voodoo against the caster in last 24 hours)

Effect:
Target player loses 1,000 gc/Hour

Special:
Cannot be used against players with less than 2000 turns used. (Newcomers)

The point of this card is to add a way to directly hurt low lifes (ie voodoo casters with few ships).

The card is put up for a short discussion. We want to implement it fast though.

So sorry, I do not understand this sentence
"for example Stack Ability: 1.000 gc per stack, maximum of 5 Stacks."

Can you rephrase please ?

1000 gold coins lost per hour up to 5 cards casted. so max is 5000 gold coins lost per hour.

Thanks... that makes more sense to me. I thought we had to pay 1 gc to cast this curse.. :?

5 stacks means it cant be cast more than 5 times
Each cast cost YOU 1000gc.
That means if you cast 5 of them that's 5000 gc and the player on the receiving end loses 10,000 gc hourly.

Thats what I understand.

I think you are wrong mr rod, juicy had the right explanation but the past tense of the verb to cast is cast not casted.

1000 gold coins lost per hour per card, up to 5 cards can be cast at a time. So max is 5000 gold coins lost per hour. That's 120 000gc a day.

I like this card but it sounds dangerous, used with taxation could really mess someone up quickly.

If the victim could clear it easily then it would only be dangerous to players who do not log on regularly

Effect:
Target Player loses 2,000 Gold Coins per hour.

U mention that target player loses 2000 coins per hour on first cast right??
so if it stack-able 1000 coins up to 5 times which mean the victim got total loses 6000 coins am i right??
which is 2000+1000+1000+1000+1000=6000

OR WHEN THE PLAYER CAST MORE THAN 1 IT AUTOMATICALLY BECAME LIKE THIS??
1000+1000+1000+1000+1000=5000

I do not know what to think of this, yes it will stop pesky Pirates ; But surely this should of been included in the Article that was " Against Pirates ", of which me and Warrior had made comments about.

I see it as more of a general purse-burner for any target by any player : it would be the equivalent of a low-purse plunder every hour : I'm in favor of it. After all, if dropping 120k over a day from your purse is gonna kill you... you already asking for troubles be you pirate, merchant or a bit of both.

Oh no, not going to kill me ; But it is highly against Pirates ; How about Pirates you can only cast 3 Spells of that on?

The Pirates would be indicated by flying the Jolly Roger... Whilst everyone else 5... I can think of other uses though...
